12-year-old girls stab friend 19 times in planned attack

WAUKESHA - Waukesha police say two 12-year-old girls lured a friend into a wooded area where one girl held her down and the other stabbed the victim 19 times.

Authorities say the two suspects had planned to kill the victim, also 12 years-old, for several months before attacking her Saturday.
