Grass fire could be foul play

EAGLE RIVER - DNR officials think foul play could be why grass caught on fire in a Northwoods forest Friday. Rangers want to know how it started.

It started around 2:30 Friday afternoon in Eagle River on Deep Lake Road. Eagle River DNR says about a quarter of an acre burned.
