New charges against former Rhinelander teacher

New charges were filed on Wednesday against the former Rhinelander teacher who was convicted of growing pot, along with theft earlier this year.

Joshua D. Juergens was charged in Dane County with possession of burglarious tools, criminal damage to property and theft of movable property.

According to court records, the offenses took place in November of 2011. He was released on a $500 signature bond per case. He is scheduled to return to court on April 14.
