No criminal charges in high school fire

OCONTO - A prosecutor says no criminal charges will be filed against the teen who started a fire that caused $5 million damage to Oconto High School.

Investigators say the 16-year-old student started the fire in April by tossing a cigarette into a bathroom garbage can.
