Rhinelander man charged with drug related felonies for a third time

RHINELANDER - A Rhinelander man faces charges for a third time for allegedly making meth.

48-year-old Richard Nitschke was first charged in January for making meth.

He was charged again on Monday for planning to make meth in April, and now faces more charges for making meth in May.
