Warm weather gives anglers an early start on fishing season

TOMAHAWK - Sunday's weather provided an opportunity for some to get out on the water.
The warm temperatures are melting the ice and making fishing available in some spots.

"It's fun catching fish, people are ready," said Chuck Grigg, owner of Chuck's Sport Shop. "They want to put the tip-ups away and the tip-downs away and get out there and get some sunshine."

Grigg says customers are already coming in to buy fishing supplies.
