Wisconsin appeals ruling striking down voter ID

MADISON - A federal court ruling striking down Wisconsin's voter identification law as unconstitutional has been appealed. Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen filed the appeal with the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday. Full story: WJFW
