MADISON - The Republican Party of Wisconsin is challenging the nomination papers of a well-known Madison protester who is vying to unseat U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan.
The complaint filed Thursday with the Government Accountability Board alleges Republican candidate Jeremy Ryan told people they were signing a petition to legalize marijuana.
