$10,000 in Heroin found in Wausau Apartment

WAUSAU - Police in Wausau found around $10,000 worth of heroin Tuesday. The man accused of selling it, they know as 'Q'. It's not the first time they've arrested him for drugs. Quo Vadas Lewis is called a "repeater". That's because he's been convicted on felony drug charges within the last 5 years. This is a pattern drug investigators see over and over again.
