MANITOWOC - Authorities have arrested five male juveniles in connection with a fire set at a Manitowoc train yard.
All five have been released to their parents, and charges are being forwarded to the Department of Human Services.
Police said Sunday that officers were sent to Pulaski Park on Saturday night due to a report of fireworks.
