EAGLE RIVER - A judge won't need to decide whether to allow the Wild Eagle Lodge in Eagle River to install new piers.
A hearing scheduled for this Thursday and Friday was cancelled.
That's after the Wild Eagle Lodge Condo Association and a group of homeowners on Duck and Lynx Lakes reached an agreement.
