Baldwin, Johnson split votes on unemployment extension

WASHINGTON, DC - On the first of the year, thousands of people in Wisconsin saw their unemployment benefits cut off. On Tuesday, the U.S. Senate voted to extend those benefits for the short-term. Congress' Joint Economic Committee reported almost 24,000 people in Wisconsin lost unemployment benefits this month. Full story: WJFW
