Burning Permit Enforced if There's Under One Inch of Snow

You see plenty of burn piles around the Northwoods. But with barely any snow on the ground, you should have a burning permit. The law says you must have a permit if there's under a inch of snow. John Gillen is a Forest Ranger with the DNR. Full Story: WJFW
