Car crashes over Rhinelander curb, driver gets OWI

RHINELANDER - A driver ended up on a Rhinelander curb and in jail Wednesday afternoon. Police found a car on a curb on the corner of Baird and Dahl Streets around 1:45 pm. The driver was slumped over the steering wheel. Due to the weather, police had to take him in for sobriety tests. Full Story: WJFW
