Casino referendum to fund second phase of project fails by two votes

LAC DU FLAMBEAU - Tribal members in Lac du Flambeau won't fund the second phase of an off-reservation casino. The tribal referendum failed by two votes Wednesday. 138 members voted to continue funding the Shullsburg Gaming application, but 140 voted against the move. Full story: WJFW
