ONEIDA COUNTY - It can be hard to find the time to eat right and stay healthy but Northwoods LEAN, which stands for Linking Education, Activity, and Nutrition, wants to help with that. The organization just completed a survey as part of a CHANGE grant they received. The survey started in November and took until the end of June to complete.
