Changes to gun laws going to the Governor

MILWAUKEE - A pair of bills loosening Wisconsin's gun laws could be signed into law Wednesday.

The Governor plans to sign a bill to eliminate the state's 48-hour waiting period for handgun purchases.

Another bill allows police officers who are retired or off-duty to carry firearms at schools.
