EAGLE RIVER - The Eagle River city council passed an ordinance last week that will allow ATVs on most city streets.
However, that doesn't mean ATV users will be able to ride on the streets just yet.
ATVers still don't have a way to get from the north side of the city to the south side because of an agreement that was signed years ago.
