RHINELANDER - Some drivers in Rhinelander will go out of their way to avoid Lincoln Street if they can. That's because the road is full of potholes and worn down.
This summer, the city will finally try to fix the busy road.
The road is in such bad shape that drivers in Rhinelander expect to hit a few potholes driving down it.
