Convicted Sex Offender Will Be Released in Rhinelander Tuesday

A convicted sex offender will be released in Rhinelander next Tuesday. 24-year-old Jason Mullen was convicted of third-degree sexual assault in July 2011. Mullen broke into a basement and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl he knew. Full Story: WJFW
