Court dismisses case trying to change Nov. ballot, experts say voter ID law alone will still have big impact on election

WISCONSIN - You probably won't see a different looking ballot for this November's election after a Waukesha County judge dismissed a lawsuit Wednesday asking for the change.

The campaign committee for state Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R- Burlington) and Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R- Juneau) filed the case earlier in September. The judge dismissed the case because it wasn't properly filed.
