Crandon library to upgrade early reader program through part of huge grant

CRANDON - The Crandon Public Library strongly believes in getting kids reading at a young age.

The library will buy more picture books and books for beginning readers.

The money for that comes from a huge grant by the Wisconsin Rapids-based Mead Witter Foundation.
