DNR may change captive deer policies

MADISON - The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources' board is set to consider revisions to the agency's captive deer policies this week. The DNR has proposed changing state law to let people keep wild deer in pens if they pay fines and have veterinarians check the animals out. Full Story: WJFW
