Economic development on reservations to get support

MINNEAPOLIS - The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis plans to start a national center to encourage development on Indian reservations.

The Minneapolis Fed president announced the plan for the Center for Indian Country Development recently in Washington.

The plan is to have the center up and running by midsummer.
