Fairgrounds in Merrill could get new owners in the future

MERRILL - The county fairgrounds in Merrill could get a new owner in the future. Lincoln County owns it right now, but the Merrill city administrator and mayor want the city to take over ownership.

The mayor mentioned that it should be transferred to the city at a committee meeting Monday evening.
