Federal designation could speed tree disease, pest treatment

RHINELANDER - Government red tape shouldn't stand in the way of treating tree diseases quickly. A part of this year's federal Farm Bill will likely help protect some of of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest from the rapid spread of disease and insects. Full story: WJFW
