Fiber-Optic Internet connection coming to the Northwoods

EAGLER RIVER - Leaders at an Internet provider in Eagle River want to expand broadband opportunities in the area. Choicetel wants to build a fiber-optic Internet line from Eagle River to Rhinelander.
