Five years in prison for man who sped past police station and got 7th OWI

RHINELANDER - Christopher Reissmann, 34, had already been caught driving drunk six times when he got caught speeding past the Rhinelander Police Station in July. A police officer chased Reissmann down and arrested him. Full Story: WJFW
