Gas station owner planning federal lawsuit to fight Hwy 51 overpass

MERRILL - Major construction on an overpass at the Highway C/North Star Drive and Highway 51 intersection north of Merrill should begin May 13th. But the owners of the Citgo gas station there STILL don't plan on going down without a fight. Full Story: WJFW
