Getting blood tests without search warrants

WISCONSIN - There could be changes to the way that Wisconsin police handle drunk driving cases. The United States Supreme Court ruled that police can order a blood test without a warrant or permission if they suspect someone of drunk driving, only in certain circumstances. Full story: WJFW
