Girl accused of stabbing classmate due in court

WAUKESHA - The attorney for one of the two Wisconsin girls charged with trying to kill a classmate to please a fictitious horror character will try to convince a judge that the child's case belongs in juvenile court.

A two-day hearing in Waukesha County begins Wednesday for the 13-year-old girl.

A hearing for the other 13-year-old girl charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide took place last month.
