Girls on the Run expands to Rhinelander

RHINELANDER - Girls on the Run of the Northwoods will expand to Rhinelander next year.

The organization offers a ten-week program for girls in grades three through five, including a few elementary schools in Vilas and Oneida counties.

The program teaches girls about confidence and self-esteem. The girls then complete a 5K at the end of the season.
