Health care subsidies upheld by Supreme Court

WASHINGTON - A Supreme Court decision preserves insurance subsidies under President Obama's health care overhaul.

The ruling keeps health insurance in place for millions of Americans.

The justices decided that subsidies received by almost 9-million people do not depend on where they live.
