WOODRUFF - Construction on Highway 51 in Woodruff could be delayed because of the recent rain. Storms and flooding have been making it difficult for construction workers to get their work done.
Rain has filled up a lot of the trenches. Crews spend hours pumping the water out to get the worksite dry.
