Heavy rains cause street flooding in Appleton

APPLETON - Heavy rains have caused street flooding in Appleton.

City Engineer Ross Buetow says that drivers should stay off the roads until conditions improve.

Appleton's Department of Public Works and local law enforcement agencies have been overwhelmed with callers reporting flooded streets.
