Heroin in the Northwoods

ONEIDA COUNTY - A Heroin summit in Wausau Friday will spotlight the issue and show the impact the drug has on Northern Wisconsin.

Heroin is described as an epidemic by Northwoods law enforcement, social service workers and drug and alcohol counselors.
