Homicide charges filed in double slaying in Berlin

BERLIN - The estranged husband of a woman found fatally shot along with another man in Berlin has been charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.

The charges were filed in Green Lake County Thursday against 33-year-old Nicholas Tuinstra. He's expected in court Thursday afternoon.
