Housing market rebounding, million-dollar Northwoods homes still hard to sell

MINOCQUA - Home sales may seem to be rebounding from the 2008 recession. Some properties in the Northwoods are selling fast. "We're anticipating a great May because of the pent up demand. Buyers have not had a chance to get up here because of the weather conditions and so this is a great time for buyers to come up and buy," said Mike Mulleady, Coldwell Banker Mulleady Realtors General Manager.
