Kemp Street's reopening means better business

RHINELANDER - Road construction annoys most of us. For people who own businesses right in the middle of construction - it's much more than annoying. It's been almost 3 month since cars could move through Kemp Street. Commuters are happy about that but they're not the only ones! Full Story: WJFW
