Kids Don't Float campaign grows in Northwoods

MCNAUGHTON - Seventeen years ago, children drowned at a high rate in Alaska. Believe it or not, that problem had a direct connection to northern Wisconsin. The city of Homer, Alaska, started a free life jacket loan system at boat landings. Full Story: WJFW
