Kids "pledge" for ice cream

THREE LAKES - They’re not in school. And it’s not the 4th of July. So why are a bunch of kids getting together to say the Pledge of Allegiance? “It just seems like patriotism is on a little bit on the downslide, and so the opportunity to encourage it with the next generation, is like, ‘We should all be jumping on this,’” says Denise Kerns, owner of Lick-a-Dee Splitz.
