Lac du Flambeau tribe, state sign agreement to bring more resources to children, families

LAC DU FLAMBEAU - The Lac du Flambeau tribe and state agreed Tuesday to send more resources to the tribe's Indian Child Welfare Department.

The department provides case management and counseling for children and families. It also licenses foster homes and monitors children who have been placed in off-reservation foster homes by the county.
