Less money available in Wis. for heating help

MADISON - Wisconsin is expected to get less federal money this year to help pay for the heating bills of low income residents. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says the average heating benefit this season is expected to be $227. That compares with $337 last season. Full Story: WJFW
