LAND O' LAKES - The Conserve School in Land O' Lakes encourages students to become environmental stewards.
In that spirit, the school invited Licia Johnson, a naturalist from the Lakeland Discovery Center, to speak to the students Wednesday.
Johnson visited an environmental class, where she taught students about the ecology of bats.
