Longstanding J.C. Penney will no longer be in Rhinelander

RHINELANDER - Rhinelander will lose its location of a national department store chain in the coming months. On Wednesday J.C. Penney announced it will close 33 stores nationally. It will lay off 2,000 workers. Full story: WJFW
