Man accused of having sex with a young girl will get a new lawyer

WAUSAU - The 41 year old Wausau man accused of having sex with a young girl will get a new lawyer.

Prosecutors say Christopher Burns pushed the child into a bathroom and forced her to have sex with him in October.

He faces two felonies for sexually assaulting a child.
