Man accused of punching police appears in court

LINCOLN COUNTY - The man who is accused punching a police officer in the face during the Fall Ride will have to wait a little longer to get his case moving. Brian Johnson appeared in court on Wednesday. Johnson's lawyers requested a new judge to oversee the case. Full Story: WJFW
