Man convicted of shooting neighbor's dog with crossbow gets jail time

RHINELANDER - The Rhinelander man who shot a neighbor's dog with a crossbow will head to jail for 45 days. Police arrested 53-year-old Richard Cooper in January 2012 after his neighbor found his lab injured by a crossbow bolt. Full Story: WJFW
