Man pleads no contest in strangulation

GREEN BAY - A 50-year-old man accused of strangling a Green Bay man last year has entered a plea deal.

Jeffrey Wickman pleaded no contest Friday to felony murder. Wickman originally had been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, which could have brought him life in prison.
