Man Pleads Not Contest in Bath Salt Case

RHINELANDER - The Rhinelander man accused of walking in the freezing cold with his infant son while high on bath salts wil face day jail time. Patrick Dalka pleaded no contest to intentionally abusing a hazardous substance today. Dalka's bond was reduced because he completed alcohol treatment. Full Story: WJFW
